A native of Crowley, Louisiana, Dr. Joseph earned his MD from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his internship at University Medical Center in Lafayette and his ophthalmology residency at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a member of Southern Medical Association, New Orleans Academy of Ophthalmology, Lafayette Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologist.
