Dr. LeBlanc, a Louisiana native, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from LSU School of Medicine. He completed his internship in Medicine/Pediatrics at Earl K. Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge and an ophthalmology residency at Alton Ochsner Medical Hospital in New Orleans. Dr. LeBlanc is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology.
