Our facilities and staff are here to deliver the highest quality of care for our patients. If at any time you have any questions about your procedure, or the preadmission process, please call the nurse at 289-8095.

 

Food Services. Meals will be provided for overnight patients only.

Smoking Policy. Smoking is not allowed inside LGSH. Visitors may smoke in the designated smoking area outside, away from any entrances.

Telephone/Television. A telephone is provided in your room; there is no charge for local calls within a 30-mile radius. To dial out: dial 9, then the number. Long distance calls may be charged to your home, a credit card, or collect; they may not be charged to your room.

Visiting Regulations. General visiting hours are 8 a.m.-8 p.m. One visitor will be allowed to stay overnight.

Valuables. LGSH will not be responsible for any lost items including dentures, glasses, jewelry, etc. Patients are encouraged to leave valuables at home.
